Shipping Information

Processing Time:

Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.

Shipping Within Australia:

We ship via Australia Post or a comparable courier. Standard delivery usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location. Express shipping is not available.

International Shipping:

International orders are not available at this stage. Most books are available on Amazon’s print on demand service or as ebooks via Amazon, Apple or Google Play.

Shipping Costs:

Shipping charges are subsidised in Australia at $10.00 per order fixed cost. From time to time we may offer free shipping promotions.

Order Tracking:

Order tracking is available for delayed goods on request.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your purchase.

If your book arrives damaged, faulty, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery so we can organise a replacement or refund.

Change of mind:

If you change your mind, you may return the item within 14 days provided it is unused, undamaged, and in original condition. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer.

How to request a return:

Please email us at bcpublishers@gmail.com with your order number, the item purchased, and the reason for return. We will provide return instructions.

Refunds:

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected. Please allow up to 5 – 10 business days for processing.
